Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

We ensure high-quality products and customer satisfaction. However, returns are accepted only under these conditions:

Wrong or damaged product received – report within 48 hours of delivery

Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection

Health & personal care items are generally non-returnable
